ID
Your address and telephone number
Insurance card or other proof of insurance
The name of your own GP
overview of your medication
if you have an appointment, bring this information with you
what is an emergency?
- acute, disturbing symptoms
- sudden severe pain
- high fever (with your child)
- increasing serious illness
what to do?
during the day: call your own doctor
outside office hours: call the GP medical post
what is not an emergency?
- longer existing complaints
- annoying, but not serious complaints
- repeat prescriptions
